Mythkin is a monthly subscription we’re building: a brand-new illustrated storybook each month, written around your child and a theme you choose. We haven’t opened yet. Join the list and you’ll be first in when we do.
You’ll tell us about your child once. We’ll write, illustrate, and deliver a new story each month — shaped around the thing they’re working through right now.
Their name, age, a few things they love. The braver detail you share, the more the story sings.
Kindness, big feelings, a new sibling, courage in the dark. Pick what matters this month — or let us suggest.
A new illustrated chapter book arrives in your inbox (and your mailbox, if you want the printed edition).
Each Mythkin will be built around one developmental theme — the kind of thing that’s easier to feel through a story than to explain over breakfast.
Naming the giant in the chest. Anger, jealousy, sadness — without shame.
Small bravery. The kind that lives in nightlights and first sleepovers.
Making room in the heart without losing your spot in the story.
Being good when no one is watching, and other quiet superpowers.
Tender stories for goodbye — to a grandparent, a pet, a friend.
Being the new one. Looking different. Finding your people.
…and the theme you tell us about, before the next month begins.
The shape we’re building toward: 16 to 24 pages — long enough to feel real, short enough for a school night. Each one will end with a single, gentle question for you and your kid to talk about, if you want to. The excerpts on the right are an example of how a Mythkin reads.
These are the prices we’re building toward. Nothing is for sale yet — when Mythkin opens, waitlist members get first access. Cancel any month; every book you’ve received stays yours.
Drop your email and we’ll let you know the day Mythkin goes live — first access, no card, no commitment.
